I have an academic background in Economics I have completed my master degree in the field of Economics from the University of Balochistan and four years of professional experience as a Community Organizer, Enumerator and Lister. Recently I have successfully accomplished the Balochistan Child Labore Survey with the collaboration of Labore and Welfare department of Govt of Balochistan and technical supported provided by the UNICEF and survey was organized by DANISH, HOPE and BSDSB. Previously I was employed as a Social Organizer with Balochistan Rural Support Program (BRSP) where I act a liaison between the community and organizational resources that serve them.
I am proficient at developing surveys and other research methods for obtaining data and information from informants. My people skills are excellent and I enjoy spending time interacting one on one and in groups with my research participants. I am passionate about reaching the people and helping them to acquire the kinds of community resources they need and desire. I have praised time and again for my dedication and my ability to reach people on a personal and motivational level. I would be thrilled and honored to be able to bring this level of compassion and professionalism to the UNEP

Social Organizer
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to collect the primary and secondary data and be a part of base line surveys i.e. KAP/Rapid assessment/ PSC in the targeted UCs of the program areas and keep record (both hard and soft) at FU level.
2. Responsible for the Social Mobilization process at FU level and focused UCs for the formulation of COs, VOs and LSOs including inclusion of women, disable, youth members as well as minorities in these CIs.
3. Make contacts in appropriate manners with local communities to organize them in the most appropriate forms of organization (in the given situational context).
4. Collect relevant documents from CIs for account opening and registration with Govt department as per prescribe formats.
5. Ensure provision of specific record and relevant training to CIs.
6. Responsible to ensure minimum standard saving at CO level.
7. Play active role to strengthen the resource mobilization concept at VO and LSO level.
8. Play active role as catalyst to develop linkages with potential stakeholders i.e. line department, NGO/INGOs to generate the external support to mitigate and overcome problems of communities.
9. Take lead role in organizing trainings, sessions, recreational activities, Exposures, campaigns, walk and community meetings.
10. Facilitate and provide support to the CO, VO and LSO to develop MIPs, VDPs and UCDPs, through participatory approach and incorporate the women needs in these development plans.
